I purchased a Windows Server 2022, 16 Core license key from MS. Codes to activate my Windows Server 2022 but not able to so. I contacted them and I was informed that I need the full version of Microsoft Windows Sever 2022 in order to activate it. I downloaded the ISO from their links instead of my ISO from Microsoft but only have the Server 2022 Core version not the desktop experience/GUI version. I requested the desktop experience/GUI version, and their support doesn't seem have the knowledge to address the issue. They are wasting my time on reinstall the server twice and ton of time wasted on email back and forth.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the unprofessional handling of my refund request by Microsoft. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a manner when simply seeking resolution for a legitimate issue. I expect better customer service and accountability from a company of Microsoft's stature.
