What payment methods are accepted?
Our preferred payment method is American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Generic, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
I need a USB installer for the software I purchased.
When you purchased a product key, we will send you an instruction on how to install the product including a download link hence, a USB installer is not necessary. However, there are people with very slow connection that finds it difficult to download an entire operating system. There are also cases where there is no installed OS on a PC to begin with.
You can add a USB installer together with your product key by simply selecting the “Add USB Installer (16GB)” option. This will cost you an additional 680.00 PHP. The 16GB USB drive contains the installation file of the purchased software. USB installer for operating system such as Windows 10 is completely bootable and installable on PCs without an OS. You are free to delete the files and reuse the USB drive if not anymore needed.
I did not receive all the keys I have purchased?
As mentioned in the previous section under Purchasing, when purchasing more than 5 product keys, please allow us sufficient time to fulfill your order. Usually, it will just take less than an hour to receive your entire order. For purchases of more than 10 product keys, it might take us up to 12 hours to fulfill your order.
It is always a great idea to inform us ahead of time that you are planning to purchase in bulk to allow us to prepare our stock and fulfill your entire order instantly upon payment.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
I want a Refund?
- Under certain conditions, (e.g. customer error when making order, incorrect card delivered) or any error in the ordering process, Refunds/Returns/Replacements are available for purchases in our online store. Please contact us to determine the eligibility for refunds and returns. Refunds are only processed after we are in receipt of an unused item. This process can take up to 24 hours after the sale.
- Due to the nature of the product (In the box), refunds cannot be given immediately, a time period of 24 hours is applied to insure that the item has not been redeemed by the previous customer. Refunds can take from 5-7 working days to show up in your account.
- Replacement cards will be given to the equivalent value of the card initially purchased.
- Returns will be accepted provided the product is in its unused condition and can be sold on. Being a digital product, a return will be investigated to insure the product code has not been redeemed. Unused products will be issued a full refund.
- You acknowledge that if there are any account issues, the customer will be given the details of the appropriate service to contact. This will need to done by the customer themselves, and not by our customer support agent.
- Refunds can only be authorized up to 60 days after purchase.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com
We do not charge restocking fee on returns

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:
If the product is still being processed, you’re eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a Electronic Delivery tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
